The Kebbi Progressive Youth Network (KPN) is a civic, media, advocacy, youth development, and community engagement organization. Our vision is to build a digitally empowered generation of young people leading positive change for a better, united, and progressive Kebbi State.

Our motto is:"One Voice, One Change."

No. KPN is a civic, non-partisan organization. While we advocate for good governance, transparency, and accountability across the state, members must not use KPN platforms or resources to promote unauthorized partisan activities or present political statements as official KPN positions.

KPN raises funds through voluntary donations from members, civic-minded citizens, crowdfunding campaigns, support from NGOs and development partners, and other lawful grants. Financial transparency is heavily prioritized, and all funds are strictly managed by our finance directors.

Membership is open to youths and eligible persons who:

• Support the vision, mission, aims, and values of KPN.
• Are residents or indigenes of Kebbi State, or have a legitimate connection to its development.
• Are willing to participate in KPN activities, advocacy, and community programs.
• Are committed to promoting peace and responsible communication without hate speech or violence.

Members are expected to:

• Support and promote official KPN programs and verified information.
• Participate in digital campaigns, community activities, and advocacy.
• Report genuine community issues and opportunities through approved channels.
• Avoid spreading false, hateful, or harmful information.
• Protect the reputation, integrity, and credibility of the network.

Yes. Membership can be revoked due to persistent inactivity, serious violations of the Code of Conduct (including hate speech, harassment, or fraud), deliberate spreading of false information, or the misuse of KPN platforms for personal financial gain.

The organization operates through four main levels to ensure grassroots connection and state-wide coordination:

1. Ward Community Teams (8 leaders per ward)
2. Local Government Network Teams (10 leaders per LGA)
3. Senatorial Leadership Teams (Kebbi North, Central, and South)
4. State Executive Team (20 state leaders)

Ward and LGA teams observe and identify community needs, abandoned projects, positive developments, and opportunities. Reports are collected with evidence (summaries, photos, videos) and submitted upward.

Reports undergo verification at the LGA level, are escalated by Senatorial teams, and undergo a final editorial review and fact-checking by the State Media & Communications Team before publication.

To ensure public trust, KPN classifies information based on its verification level:

• KPN VERIFIED: Checked and supported by reliable evidence.
• KPN CONFIRMED: Confirmed by multiple reliable sources.
• KPN DEVELOPING: Still being checked, updates pending.
• KPN COMMUNITY ALERT: Urgent matters affecting public safety or welfare.
• KPN OPPORTUNITY: Legitimate jobs, scholarships, or training programs.
